I have been a customer with advance auto parts back when they were western auto and today i will never go to them ever again and i will pass on the really bad customer service they had at the capital plaza location in Austin tx .the person incharge [ Richard Olivarez ] just refused to give any kind of help , if he is ur managerment team i sure u will lose a lot more customers
Great customer service and they usually got whatever you need there.
I walked in the store around 8:30 last night and asked if they could check my check engine light he said it was to late and there are only 2 people here. I saw two employees in the back I asked him one of them can help me so there was a total of 4 empoleys there. He just walk away from me. Its funny as I set out side I see the same guy help out other people out side (Spanish people). I gues cuz I was white in a Spanish part of town my money is no good.
