RecommendedAdvance Auto Parts was so helpful to transfer a hard to find starter battery for my car to the location nearest me! Andy tested my battery and confirmed it was bad and then quickly replaced it for me. I appreciate the great service that he provided on a stressful day.
Advance Auto Parts is refusing to honor a warranty on my car battery. Apparently they use to be Carquest Auto Parts and can't replace "without a receipt" because I can't prove when I bought it or where from. Even though the battery has a sticker with manufactured date (less than 2 years) and a Carquest sticker with battery number, which I'm sure is in their system. Anyone know anybody that works for this company? I'm a little frustrated about having to pay $200 for a battery when a fucking warranty is a warranty.
