I’ve wasted more trips to this store then any other parts store in mobile, even after ordering online and checking stock I get to the store to pickup the order only to find out the stores stock count is incorrect, 4 trips in past 2 days alone. Then to make it even better the last trip was a complete waste cause they never ordered the 6 quarts of oil that I needed to finish a 7quart oil change but they told me it would be in store at 1pm today and now I’m having to drive to another store to pick up the oil.. HUGE!!!! Excellent Team!!!
I try to stop into advanced auto parts to get things that I would need, because it's just down the road from my house. After today, which would've been the fourth incident, I will now drive the extra half a mile down the road to O'Reillys. The last four times I have been in the store I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, much less help me. Today I walk in and the young guy working proceeded to yell and order the older gentleman around the entire 10 minutes I stood there. Almost to an embarrassing level... read more
