It's highly ridiculous how they hire a person who cannot speak English, that tries to sell you something totally different to what you asking for repeatedly over 5 times. Ask to speak to a manager or someone else who can help me , he told me no and gets and attitude telling me to leave the store because he cannot speak English? Wow what country are we living in . I thought Ben was really nice and helpful.
I just visited Advance Auto Parts and had a wonderful experience thanks to Tony. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. Tony made sure all my questions were answered and was very friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this location — great service and a great team!
I actually enjoy visiting this store and giving them my business. I'm always welcomed by an employee as I enter. The employees always ask if I need assistance or help finding a specific item. At checkout I'm thanked for my business. It's seldom I experience this level of customer service. Keep up the great work! You've got a loyal customer in me!
