I just visited Advance Auto Parts and had a wonderful experience thanks to Tony. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. Tony made sure all my questions were answered and was very friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this location — great service and a great team!
I actually enjoy visiting this store and giving them my business. I'm always welcomed by an employee as I enter. The employees always ask if I need assistance or help finding a specific item. At checkout I'm thanked for my business. It's seldom I experience this level of customer service. Keep up the great work! You've got a loyal customer in me!
This location has not been friendly not helpful. Their online inventory will say it has products in stock when in fact they don't. Their oil recycling is either not available or "full" I've come multiple times and there's always a reason to be disappointed. It has been closed numerous times when it says it is open on Google as if the employees close the store earlier than they should.
