Well I was recently in that store I need a battery change which I understand their policy is not to change the battery when it's dark outside for the safety of the staff. But I need to change the battery coz my husband need to go for a treatment the next day. There is one cashier in there that don't even understand what is the meaning of "treatment" he keep on saying the word I understand. But I don't think he Does. Totally unskilled in customer service ( three bad experiences ) Stacy the ( so called Manager) and other staff members are poorly trained and skilled with customer service issues . Very unusual for Advanced Auto parts stores!!! Seniors beware, they are especially intolerant to seniors, as very disrespectful... The entire crew should be replaced..
