RecommendedWe just stopped by this location for a battery replacement and had a wonderful experience with Leti (Leticia M). She did such a fantastic job replacing the battery on our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. It was not easy to access. She was friendly and helpful. Leti really made a bad situation (we just got off of our cruise ship and headed to Disney and found a dead battery) into a much better and easier experience. Thank you Advanced Auto and Thank you Leti.
They were very helpful.... I had a dead battery
Male and female today closed the store and did not stay open for an extra few minutes knowing our vehicle was right outside the store parked and needed a new battery. The male started to help and because we didn't make our decision right away on what we were going to do they locked the door. 5 minutes of knocking on the door to buy the battery they told us the register was closed and left us out there with no help. Poor customer service = bad customer experience = no customers
