Spent 30 minutes in line while Saul was the only employee helping customers and the other 4 ran around doing stock. I run a parts counter. My guys would immediately stop what they're doing, help clients, and when the store is cleared would continue their tasks. Nope these people walked around back, walked past everyone in line. 2 older employees were both working on the same item. Do better, Give Saul a raise too. Bad service not recommended.
I had a great experience at this store. In particular, Sianna the Team Leader on duty assisted me with my hard to find part. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! What a great experience at this location and kudos to Sianna for being such a kind and caring person that made sure I found the part I needed.
