If you pick up your order at the store, double‑check that you’re receiving the correct parts. I ordered an oil change kit and headlight bulbs. I trusted that everything they handed me was accurate, but right before pouring the oil in, I realized it was the wrong type. I checked the bulbs as well, and those were incorrect too. Both items were off by just one letter.

Spent 30 minutes in line while Saul was the only employee helping customers and the other 4 ran around doing stock. I run a parts counter. My guys would immediately stop what they're doing, help clients, and when the store is cleared would continue their tasks. Nope these people walked around back, walked past everyone in line. 2 older employees were both working on the same item. Do better, Give Saul a raise too.
