I was sold a replacement headlight bulb for my car. When I went to install it, I found it was the wrong model. I went in and asked for a replacement. They said that their store policy was no exchanges on items that have been opened, even though I was sold the incorrect model. For my part, I did misplace the receipt, but when the error is on their end, I expect it to be taken care of. I took my business to AutoZone where I was quickly sold the correct part.
