Absolutely pathetic customer service here. I walked in to get a basic electrical connector from their shelf, stood in front of the desk for 5 + minutes waiting for somebody to serve me, some old guy in the back looked up at me with a look of half distain, never made an offer to let me know they'll be alright with me or anything. I just sat there trying to get someone's attention and nobody did anything.
