change the staff at this locatjon incredibly rude
If I could give 0 stars I would. Got my car jumped and drove to get a battery replacement. The tech said it was my starter. And then half ass pretended to jump my car and said it wouldn’t jump. I had to have it towed to Brakes Plus in the same parking lot. Brakes Plus jumped it immediately and identified the battery as the issue. Save your self time and energy and avoid this place. They don’t know what they’re doing.

I was in there tonight with a bad battery... Unfortunately, they didn't have one that fit my car, which wasn't discovered until mine had been removed. Apparently it's a different size than computer indicates... They made an effort to find another and drive to a different store to pick it up. They were super friendly and helpful, as well as apologetic. I'll definitely go back for future needs! Thanks!
Says right on your front door that you do free battery installations, but your answer is "no, we don't do that". No explanation, nothing. I'll be contacting district, regional and coprorate customer care as well as plastering this all over social media. Terrible customer service.
