My car battery was about to die so I stopped by the AutoZone on S. Broadway in Englewood. Nobody greeted me or helped me while I stood in front of the battery section for five minutes trying to figure which battery fit my car. I gave up and drove a couple blocks down the street to Advanced Auto Parts. The experience was NIGHT AND DAY! I was greeted right when I walked through the door and before I could even get to the battery section, a nice guy stopped to ask how he could help.
