Shootout to Trina for being such a huge help!
Trina & Dennis were Amazing! We are 60 years old, and have never experienced someone working as hard as they did for us. Dennis was great at getting the refund through for the part that did not work, but said it was a sure fit on the Internet, while Trina drove to another advanced auto and picked up the part we needed! Absolutely above and beyond, customer service was exceptional! It’s good to know that people still will go the extra mile in their job, to make sure the customer is taken care of. Thank you both so much!

Needed a new battery and Dennis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Installed the new battery and did several tests to make sure that was what it was! They were really busy but he made sure I was taken care of.
