David is ultra knowledgeable & kind. Every time I walk out of AAP, I leave feeling a bit wiser, uplifted & greatly at ease about my car concerns. Bravo on landing a gem of a staff member AAP.

Dennis at the South Broadway store was about to clock out and I needed my battery installed. He helped me choose an appropriate battery and replaced my old one, taking about 15 minutes out of his day. Definitely went over and above, highly recommend Dennis and the Englewood branch of advanced Auto parts!

I bought new wipers that ended up not working out within a month of purchase. They weren't cheap, so I came back to figure out options. The GM David took care of me to swap to a different brand at no additional charge and made sure I had the one year warranty to get me through the rest of this winter season and next. I appreciate the help, the installation, and peace of mind to deal with this task.
