My car battery was about to die so I stopped by the AutoZone on S. Broadway in Englewood. Nobody greeted me or helped me while I stood in front of the battery section for five minutes trying to figure which battery fit my car. I gave up and drove a couple blocks down the street to Advanced Auto Parts. The experience was NIGHT AND DAY! The whole team was extremely in high spirits and friendly and got me up and running in no time. Highly recommend
Had an issue with a rear windshield wiper I bought here - came back to exchange it and the manager was so helpful - got me the correct wiper blade and also recommended a good degreaser. For all the auto parts stores around here, this one takes the cake on customer service!
