we've been loyal customers to this location and store since we moved to the area in 2008. we spend thousands a year on car parts and have always had fantastic customer service at this location. The new assistant manager is a joke. walked in to see her sitting at her computer with a frown on and my experiance went down from there after 2 calls to corporate another store handled our return but we have to drive 30+ minutes out of the way. The old management team was amazing. this women needs to find something non customer servi... read more
My first encounter with the Carbondale AA was almost 4 yr ago when I had a flat tire almost in their parking lot. Pulled in and asked for help and 2 of the guys came out and changed my tire...The next was for an item that there was only one of and it was torn open so they upgraded for the lower price and then yesterday our dead battery. Explaining about the alternator...not yet but down the road, so be prepared.
