Visiting from out of town and my battery died O_O Thank God for Alex. He was super kind and knowledgeable about their systems and was able to find my battery AND help me install it, I would've been SOL if I had to find a repair shop on top of everything else. Wish we had him at my home store!
I had a problem I wasn't sure how to fix and Alex was so helpful. He took the time to show me me things and talk me through it.
The attendant installed the newly purchased battery quickly and efficiently.
