this place will act like they dont see you if you dont look a certain way. I knew I should have went to AutoZone. we wont be back
Thank you Chris. I am traveling from Newport News to Tennessee and was concerned my battery was bad due to an issue starting in the morning. Walked in greeted right away and promptly helped. Chris explained the battery test and assured me I was good to go. Said if I had any issues I was welcomed to return. Very professional and attentive to my concerns. I am so appreciative of customer service like that, as it's rare these days.
