RecommendedEric was extremely helpful this afternoon - I needed a new battery. Not only did he install it for me, but pointed out the battery terminals had been corroded away and that I needed to have them replaced at a shop. It was a quick lesson about terminal protectors. I am very appreciative for his advice and kindness.

These people are life saver's, starter went out on New year's Eve and not only did they take care of me on the parts end but they got me hooked up with a mechanic who fixed the car. I can't express how grateful I am.
Mgr Eric sold me the right bulb i needed for my car and put it in for me. Two other competitors failed to do so.. Thank You
Just spent FOREVER standing in line to have wiper blades installed then grey haired lady working there was shotty and said we do that as a courtesy. Uggghhh the guy on the register was very nice though.
I'm thankful for honest people. Firestone told me I needed to replace my battery at $264. I went to Advanced Auto Parts where the sales person tested my battery and said it doesn't need a new battery, the battery just needs to be charged. He could have easily sold me a new battery but he was honest! I thought it was cool that I was able to charge my phone without turning the car on during the Hurricane. Lesson learned.

I was impressed by the fact that I walked in, two females helped me had to have a new battery and one of them put it in for me. I've always had good service just wasn't expecting females in the parts store. Girl power
