Today was Labor Day morning! AAA jump started my car but didn’t have the correct battery. He called the store and they said they had it in stock and they would install! When I arrived, Jorid the store manager helped me purchase…install…and take away my old battery! He was the most knowledgeable and nicest man!!! He made the entire transaction quick and I was done in 10-15 minutes!!! Thank you so much!
Great customer service, Alex and Jorid were amazing. Very friendly went above and beyond to help me out, Jorid went out of his way to even install the part. They made me feel very welcome!
The store manager was so kind to change my battery last minute. When i came into the store I instantly seen a guy walking with a cart of tools and he greeted me and was ready to walk out the door to help me get my battery replaced. I highly recommend stopping by for any car needs. He took his time and patience to help me. Thank you
