So my light was out I pulled over to get it replaced Carlos was so helpful even though he couldn’t change it it went next door to Pep boys and he asked The Rep if they could help and Shawn did just that !!!!

Muy mal servicio, todos con caras largas, nadie con ganas de trabajar, excepto el joven Tony ese muchacho va tres veces, que es el único que me ayuda muy amable y paciente, de ahí en fuera las mujeres y los demás muy a la fuerza te quieren atender, tengo cuenta comercial cuando recojo algo en la parte de atrás hasta de mala gana, te dan las cosas, veo que mucha gente se queja y aún así, el manager de aquí no hace nada al respecto creo que eso habla mucho de un líder, si así es el equipo, me imagino su líder de ellos..peor
