I wish I could give zero stars. This is so ridiculous. I traveled 30 miles to get to this store for a part. I called and was on hold for 20 minutes while I drove to the store. When I arrived it was a young girl up front. Talking to her friends. She was shocked when she realized I was the person STILL on hold. She still was not helpful In anyway. Man let me tell you that if you don’t have a car parts guy that sucks and if you do have a car parts guy and his name is not Carlos from Advanced Auto parts on Jimmy Carter. You need to drop your guy And find Carlos. Not only does this guy go to mile And then some. He nice, calm, cool Andcollected. I always usually enjoy my time going to advance auto parts. Carlos makes that experience so much better.. He is my parts guy.
