One guy working behind the counter. After almost 10 minutes another guy finally comes out from the back (Jacob), has this annoyed look on his face, I guess because he had to wait on me. Zero customer service skills. The only time he had anything to say was when he asked me for my phone number. Next time I think I’d rather wait for the train to pass and go to AutoZone

I went there to return an item that I got from another advanced and they couldn’t find my item in their system, I had purchased it from another advanced that same day. The guy didnt seem like he wanted to take my return to begin with. I saw him cancel the return on the screen too before telling me he couldn’t. Every advanced auto parts store I’ve been just has terrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone going to any advanced. Got to auto zone. Way better customer service.

Came in with battery issues and was helped by Jacob, who is a rockstar. He not only helped install a new battery, but also stayed cool, calm and collected while helping a line full of customers. Later that evening I had car issues tied to (what turned out to be) a corroded connector - so I went back to the store and Jacob helped me once again to trouble shoot the cause and resolve it! Like I said, rockstar. I’m new to the area and this will be my go-to auto parts store moving forward.
