Recommendedcustomer service today was exceptional. it is raining, my driver side wiper popped off and the gentleman at the store stepped out into the rain and reattached the wiper. kudos on exceptional customer service. I will continue to make all my automotive purchases here.
Worst customer service experience I ever had. I bought a batter for my RAV 4 and asked for an installation. They asked me to come back the next day. Every time I had to use the RAV4 I have to jump start it and smoke starts to come out from the battery.That's why I decide to buy a new battery. The guy said to me after asking the Manager, I don't care if you have to jump start every time, come back tomorrow. It is like they don't care a damn. Really. I will have forward this horrible experience all over social media.
