They have more than five workers on the floor right now one is on the phone. The other one is mopping and the other ones are just in the back doing nothing with the line of customers having them wait for no reason horrible customer service.
I am extremely frustrated, they kept me on hold for over 15 minutes for an item I had already contacted them about ahead of time. This location was not so chaotic and unprofessional and inconsiderate as it is now. If this issue isn’t addressed soon they will lose their business.
