Advance Auto Store on Haitus Rd and Taft St is the best. Sales Rep Jazmen is very professional and knowledgeable about the stock in the store. She goes out her way to satisfy a customer, even calling another store for products. Jazmen is definitely an asset to this store and the company. Mike and Javier manager are also wonderful to work with.
Call the store to have a part transferred from another store to this one, save me a trip driving across town. The "manager" Marselas said that I had to come into the store and prepay the item. I have done thid before on special items that had to be order from the warehouse, NOT locally stocked items. When I asked him why, he said people order items and don't pick them up and parts start stocking up. Amazing, parts stocking up at a parts store, who would ever have thought of that.
