Several of the staff at this store are knowledgeable and helpful. Nevertheless, corporate headquarters is taking zero responsibility for quality assurance. It was easy to order an oxygen sensor online; I'm used to pre-paying (e.g., for groceries). What arrived in the store was NOT a new Bosch oxygen sensor; it was a used part from a junked car, in a torn bag.
