Do not buy battery at Advance Auto. It died after 10months. I float charged for 2 days and it still did not work. I brought my charger to the Advance Auto and see if it was my charger. They cannot test it. . The staff, Sherri, was unfriendly. rude, and unhelpful. Told me they have to charge it overnight which I had done already. I had to get a ride since they took out the battery and they dont give a ride. Overall bad experience. I would not use them again in the future.
Went in Saturday morning to get wipers. Laura was there by herself dealing with lots of customers but was holding things together pretty well. She insisted on double checking the wipers I was getting were correct for my car. Had to swing by this evening because what I thought were name brand oil filters that I ordered from Amazon were literally no brand filters and I value my car more than that.
Hi I would like to share my experience. I am so disappointed in ur staff and store.when I first walked in this worker gave me a disgusted look... I was looking for car accessories. And the workers thought my card was Photoshop.. how th hell.worker gave us additude. So rude and made A WHOLE SCENE. FIRE ALL UR STAFFF THERE DISRESPECTFUL FIRE THEM U SEE HOW MUCH BAD REVIEW. GET SOME NEW STAFF TO IMPROVE UR STORE FOR MORE CUSTOMERS! Giants better
