Eric was a GEM and helped me realize my battery was still under warranty saving me $$$ in the process! Excellent customer service.
This was one of the most unacceptable customer service experiences I’ve had, and it needs to be addressed. I entered the store looking for a female lead charging post for a Group 31 battery and asked an associate named Laura for assistance. Instead of doing her job, she dismissively pointed at a wall and said “they’re right there.” When I explained that I wasn’t sure which one I needed and asked her to show me, her behavior escalated. I went in here yesterday during work because my car battery was not able to hold charge and immediately was greeted with courtesy and professionalism by a sales rep named Dave, he not only was able to find what I was looking for but went above and beyond to help me get the item installed in the best way possible. This location will definitely be my Prime and Dave will be my go-to guy.
My car battery died right before school pickup and I called here for a quick replacement after a jump. The team here were professional and super helpful. They took extra time to check and make sure my battery was still under warranty even though I bought it from a different shop. Replaced it for me right in the parking lot. Would absolutely come back here again with my car issues!
