I ordered a part online the night before to be picked up at Advanced Auto in East Ridge. When I went to pick it up in the morning it was not available for pick up. In addition, they could not get it until … wait 2:30… no wait, the next day… Very inconvenient. Then they sent me to their competitor. I have used Advanced Auto for years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I was told that it seems to be an inventory issue, and this “always happens” in the parts business. Amazing online and in-store experience. Fort Oglethorpe, GA store had a not-so-common part for an older car available for immediate pick-up and was significantly less expensive than competitors. Kudos 😁🚙🚗
