This team goes above and beyond to help customers! AUTO Zone said there was no way to get a part and that no one else would have it. These guys got a vice and helped fix the problem and said they would customize a part of that didn't work. This is the third time we have had a similar experience at three different locations.....would appear to be company culture! Thank you for amazing customer service!
Very rude guys that work up front! Especially the loud mouthy one that thinks he's cool by complaining out loud to where customers can hear. What bad attitudes and they argue with you when they make a mistake! TWO EMPLOYEES CONFIRMED THE PART I ORDERED WAS FOR AN AWD CAR - AND NOW I GET A PHONE CALL FROM MY MECHANIC THAT THE PART IS FOR A 2WD CAR!!! William did not hesitate for a moment when I said I was worried thay somehow my brake lights were staying on even when my car was off. His simple, yet plesant 'epiphany' face lit up and down he went to work his magic on the inventory keyboard, found my part and even got down on hands and knees on a still hot evening to install the part for me, saving me quite a bit of time and money. While they were trying to install a battery they broke a fuel line and it was a mess. I left without my new battery installed and a getto rigged fuel line. I spoke to the manager John and he was AWESOME. He sent me to Matlock tires and paid to get it fixed. Thanks so much !!
