I went into Advance Auto Parts for a Diagnostic Tool. A what? I know 😆 but that's what I needed and the Sales Agent knew exactly what and where it was. Thank goodness. Moving on now. 😉
Britany the store manager was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional not only in the store but on the phone call after . Surprised me that SHE is the head of the store . It’s no way I’m the only one she was so blatantly disrespectful with over a car part . Which is her job to help people find their parts . Wouldn’t go against and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go is she’s the help either .
Edward was awesome, installing my battery. The old one was difficult to remove but he stuck with it and got it done. All with a very pleasant attitude! Thanks for a great experience!
