Over a three -day period, I needed diagnostics run on my car, and needed to replace my old battery. Harris was on the clock both times, and was friendly and helpful. He installed my car's new battery, and even offered to throw away the old hood liner that was dangling down. Thanks, Harris!

Today I purchased wiper blades at the Fort Ave Advance Auto Parts store. It was pouring rain outside and my wipers were shot, creating very poor visibility, so I stopped at this location and got a set of wiper blades. Just recently went into this advance auto parts store to exchange my car cover for a bigger one and almost 5 minutes goes by before some guy appears from the back. I told him I wanted to do an exchange and it’s from an online order and I had my phone out ready to show him the receipt. He goes on his computer and tells me he doesn’t have an online order. I walked into this store and the complaining behind the counter by the 2 employees was just... well super annoying. I am the only person in the store... not once did either one of them ask if I needed assistance or anything. Never even acknowledged my presence. As I am leaving the lady hangs up the phone mocking the individual who had unfortunately called this store for any help whatsoever. My advice is to go to the other stores in the area... hopefully they will be better.
