I am a customer that lives less than 3 mins from sunset Ave Rocky Mount. I purchased a oil pump and gasket from car quest in Roanoke rapids nc on the 5th of August. I I found out that I needed a engine so at 10:57am I came to the sunset store to return un-opened oil pump and gasket to purchase a engine. I was denied the return by management.
