I went in to purchase and have them install a battery. They couldn't get my battery out or reinstall my old one properly so they were going to leave me stranded with 4 kids in the car in the middle of winter because they were getting ready to close. The manager's words were "call a tow truck, we can't help you". The battery cable was loose. I called family for help and my car started right up after they tightened it. Don't trust these people with your vehicle!
