Rob was exceptional! I needed a new battery, and originally went to AutoZone that is two minutes down the road. The employees there were not kind in how they spoke and after looking at my car, stated it would take too long to replace my battery and that they would need to remove another part. I went to Advance Auto and spoke with Rob, who came and looked and said, that's no problem at all! The guy that helped me is the best most knowledgeable employee I believe I have ever encountered. He introduced himself as Reid I believe. He was at the 75th location. If you need advanced and friendly help with anything automotive related, I would highly suggest coming here and asking for Reid.
