I went into this Advance Auto Parts location only moments ago to see if they were able to install a new bulb in my headlight that i had previously purchased. The three overweight, middle aged male employees said "I dont know" and "Look it up on youtube." After asking for advice and what type of tools I would need to do it myself, these employees then suggested that I go to either Firestone or O'Riley Auto Parts. Just stopped in to replace the battery on the mini van. I was ready to pull the old one myself and swap so I didn't have to mess around with the core deposit, but the manager of the store came out and pulled the battery and put the new one in for me. Even put the battery warmer back on the new battery even though I'm sure the new OPTIMA battery I bought won't be having any temperature problems like the old OEM battery. Thanks for the attention to detail! Another reason why I love Advance Auto Parts.
