6/28/2024 I came in and had bought a bottle to charge my A/C and so I used it and it wasn't working. Finally I went back a couple weeks later and I asked the two gentlemen that were working if I was doing something wrong and I was. Silly enough I was trying to hook it up to the wrong port. I believe it was Carlos Parra and the manager Louis Martinez who came and took his time to show me how to use it correctly and its blowing out ICE COLD AIR now.
