Had a battery under warranty with still 1 year left and they Refused to replace it, first they tried to tell me they had noone there that knew how to change a battery, when I told them I only wanted to replace it and do the work myself they refused to look it up in the system and told me they dont remember seeing me buy it 2 years ago. If I could give zero stars I would.
The store itself is fine, and most of the staff is very knowledgeable. My review is low because one of the cashiers (younger woman, don't remember her name) charged me extra for the windshield wiper extended warranty without asking, she just added it in automatically. I got my replacement blades from a different associate without a hassle. If anyone else checks you out, you're fine. Love the convenient hrs ans I'm new to the points program but it seems to be very worth it.
Employee was rude, didn't try to help and hung up on me.
