As I was removing my old battery, she went above and beyond by rolling out a cart with the new battery already prepped—grease applied and washers ready to go. That level of attention and anticipation made the whole process smooth and efficient. It’s rare to see that kind of initiative and preparedness. Sheila didn’t just help—she made the experience easy and professional from start to finish. Truly an awesome experience.
