I had an excellent customer service experience with Sheila Covington at Advance. As I was removing my old battery, she went above and beyond by rolling out a cart with the new battery already prepped—grease applied and washers ready to go. That level of attention and anticipation made the whole process smooth and efficient. It’s rare to see that kind of initiative and preparedness. Sheila didn’t just help—she made the experience easy and professional from start to finish. Truly an awesome experience.
Lady would not let us in the door even though it was 3 minutes till closing.
The location on Plank Road was very helpful with assisting me with my purchase. Tatiana Brock was absolutely a wonderful sales rep and made my experience very awesome. She was very knowledgeable with my order, and was very patience with assisting me in the store.
