Your employees can't tell the difference between work and a social event. Between the chatting and phone usage it seems impossible to even get eye contact out of these "workers" Figure it out or I'll bring my business elsewhere

Im slowly getting better from a cold. Let my house for 20 minutes to stop by the post office and all my lights start going off. Stopped in and Carlos was quick and efficient of checking my car and getting a new battery installed within 30 minutes of walking in the door. I tried to tip him and he refused each time. If someone at this location could let me know what Carlos’ favorite desert or food is i want to bring a baked good or a gift card in for him. Thank you for going above and beyond.
