Had a great experience, we had a loose battery terminal clamp that wouldnt tighten, and Enrique went out of his way to help find a solution, instead of us buying a terminal shim, he helped us get it way tighter so we didnt have to deal with more problems down the road. He's always there Sundays and hes super kind and very helpful, thank you again!!
Incredible customer support! Lydi, Enrique & Josh really went above and beyond to make sure I got home safely! I will be traveling to Holyoke from now on! They genuinely care about their customers!
Your employees can't tell the difference between work and a social event. Between the chatting and phone usage it seems impossible to even get eye contact out of these "workers" Figure it out or I'll bring my business elsewhere
