I as sold a part that doesn’t work. I reinstalled my old part so I don’t need this part anymore, but I have to literally jump through hoops to get my $80 back and I probably still won’t. They are literally okay with losing a customer over an $80 part. I will not be back and will most likely be shopping at O’Reilys from now on.
Phenomenal service. I'm not a car guy but these guys treated me with respect, patience and had me in and out with a new battery in under 20 minutes. I'll be a returning customer!
John, who installed my new battery, went above & beyond by making sure my terminal didn't break off due to corrosion. Been going to this location for over 12 years because I always get great service. Even though I moved to Altamonte, I will make the drive if/when I need something. Great staff!
