I knew something was wrong with my car today. Went to O'Reilly's on Greenfield & hyway 100- they told me my alternator was fine. Went to Advanced for a second opinion. After Jake diagnosed the problem,(alternator) not only did he call around to find the part, but also found a mechanic to fix it right there in the parking lot. His help was very much appreciated.
Very clean store. I used to be Assistant Parts Manager and I really enjoyed working at this location.
