Came in to pick up a car battery I'd ordered online, and Bill, the general manager, made it a five-star experience. He was the only person in the store that day, but he still took the time to install the battery for me. He was thorough — the battery tray was rusted, and he cleaned it up and made sure everything was secure before I left. Above-and-beyond service. Highly recommend this store.
Master mechanic here just boasting about Advanced Auto. I usually deal with wholesale and dealer direct parts but when I need to use aftermarket parts these are my first choice and rarely have an issue.
I came there late evening close to when they closed because my battery dies/barely started when leaving work. Bill was very knowledgeable and helped me even though it was close to closing time. I feel very blessed and very grateful . Would definitely recommend
Gentleman at the counter was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Always fast and helpful
