Jack Medina definitely went above and beyond for me! He literally drove to pick up the parts I needed to make sure I could get my daughter’s car fixed! No other auto store could even get the parts for another week. Jack was knowledgeable and treated me like I was Advance Auto’s only customer. Much appreciated and respected Jack! Thank you!
Jack, the store manager, was beyond helpful. He knows a lot about cars, and recommended several useful things to help my car run better. The headlight bulbs he recommended, although pricey, made a huge difference for me driving at night. I see so much better! I highly, highly recommend this store! And if you need any advice for your car talk to Jack, this guy really knows cars.
