Wrong battery installed by these gentlemen, had to use AAA 2x after installation due to car not starting. Went to Firestone, had diagnostics done , and they discovered it was wrong battery for my car. Installed proper one and my problem solved. Now, the difficult part was returning the wrong battery to Advance Auto.One difficult store clerk wasn’t willing to listen and I am sure did not think I a 73 year old woman could possibly know what She was talking about. The sweetest older man with glasses (I never caught his name) helped me replace a fuse and fixed my radio that hadn’t worked in 3 years! Sweetest person ever, I highly recommend this location!!
Mr. Lorenzia was the best sale representative I ever met. The best in town and out town!!
