RecommendedI was so impressed and thankful for Carl today. He took the time to help me with my vehicle and was so kind and knowledgeable. I was extremely stressed and he really helped calm my nerves and help me solve the issue. I can’t thank him enough and I really appreciated his help. There needs to be more people like him in this world.
Never stepping foot in that location again! Rude manager and asked to do a price match because auto value had it for few dollars cheaper but I’d have to drive down to Grand Rapids so the manager I believe it was told me your saving $5 by not driving down to Grand Rapids so told me no for the price match because of that... I’ve worked at parts stores before and we never were allowed to refuse a price Match from other competitors just because the competitor didn’t have it in stock! After my car didn't start at the gas pump a man suggested I have advance check it. They were so helpful! One man cashed me out while the other swapped my battery and spoke with my son. They were very nice and we were in and out quick.
Employees are all very unfriendly and if you don't know the exact part you need they can't help you. They seem to not know very much about parts and how the work.
Poor customer service The way the employees are allowed to act w each other is horrible
Carl p. Had our make and model already in the computer when we pulled and knew we needed a new windshield wiper. Helped us put it on without even asking and had a great attitude. We normally don't go to advance but due to him we will be back for now on!!! He had us on our way in 10 mins so we could finish our drive back home!!!! He was amazing!!!!
