The employee who initially helped me was very nice. I specifically asked for a replacement low beam bulb (I even said I thought it was an H11 for the normal headlight), but I was accidentally sold a high beam bulb instead. Mistakes happen, so I simply came back to exchange it. What disappointed me was how the manager handled the situation.
