I'm giving it a 3 because the manager 8s a reall nice guy and knows his stuff. But the little bald Uncle Fester looking guy I just dealt with is another story. Why do y'all employ people that know nothing about cars ? That's just bad for biz man. I mean a lug nut its not rocket science.then the aditude on top of that. Sad to say I won't return after this.

Great job on the ordering of a lug nut. You had one job, I returned to the store twice since ordering the one lug nut over two weeks ago. Still no lug nut. There was a couple of them behind the counter but they wore red shirts. Great job guys!!!! Good thing I didn’t need to order an actual part for brakes , motor etc.... Again , stellar job.
Will not deal with them any more..... their customer service is to be questioned. They'll sell you the wrong part and not try to correct it. They is no going out of their way to help the customer. I will NEVER deal with again.
