The team member Sandra was on FaceTime the whole time during my transaction at the register. I didn’t feel comfortable giving my number for rewards because she was on FaceTime with a man and he was listening to everything
I ordered a part and was offered to pick it up next day and they said that the would install it. I came and a Joseph and other latin guy said they didn't want to install it. ZERO stars for the lack of customer service. I'll never shop again at this branch. Rude, lazy, and totally inefficient pair!
