Extremely rude supervisor and a very disappointing experience! Advance Auto Parts seriously needs to reconsider its policy regarding battery replacement for certain vehicles. Today, I was refused a battery replacement at this location. Frustrated, I drove just five minutes down the road to AutoZone, where they replaced the new car battery I had purchased in a matter of minutes—no hassle, no excuses. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. This is a really good place to get your parts and insight for your DIY needs.
Went to get rotors, calipers and front brakes for my truck, the one parts clerk was already helping, so I waited. The clerk while helping the person, had his phone on the counter and continued to check it. They started to talk about Taco Bell and had enough I left. What happened to customer service ..checking his phone while helping someone.
