I spoke with Bill Eppes about the parts I needed, which he found and ordered for me. As Bill was looking up my parts, a couple of employees ask Bill for help finding something. It was clear there is a sense of teamwork and comradery between Bill and the staff and they enjoyed working together. — feeling happy.
