Beware of using the same day delivery service!! I Use their same-day delivery service yesterday said it would be delivered before 8pm on 6-3 but never received it The next morning I received a email saying it was on way and a delivered email almost immediately I checked but no package at my home So when I called customer service He said driver left at a house with a white door of course I do not have a white door so did not receive package at all because apparently the driver’s not coming back to get it wherever part was del... read more
Went in ti grab wiper blades...the floor had some kind of sticky tar on it in the aisle...I told the guy at the register... 'weird' was the response. Oh and he didn't say hello, ask me if I found everything I needed, no parting words at all...if I owned the place I'd fire him.
Was unsure of a sized part but was told I could return if it doesn’t fit. Tried it on in parking lot and it didn’t. Cashier goes to ring up my credit and says “Corporate refused the refund because they did not capture my phone or email info.” Manager said to call the 800 # that’s all he could offer . Went to Flat Out Auto and they literally gave me the correct part for free! See the difference here? Real folks who see solutions vs corporate employed shoulder shruggers. Won’t happen again .
