Asked them to mix paint for me at like noon yesterday. They said that they will do it and call me by 5. They never called. When I called today it turns out the order wasn't even put in and they couldn't get to it until 4 hours from now. I called Napai in Westbrook. They told me that they can do it on the spot and it takes 5 minutes. Advanced Auto could not spare 5 minutes to make up for their mistake. Took no responsibility. Avoid!

Store was clean and organized, met the manager Erik who was very helpful. Explained to him my son was moving in right down the street. As a GM with Advance auto from Pennsylvania I was very pleased and Impressed.

While visiting the local Advance Auto Parts store located in Biddeford Maine I was greeted promptly by both Shaun and Tyler upon arrival as they both welcomed me to the store. I was then assisted by Shaun as he helped answer all my questions and concerns during my visit to the store. Overall both Shaun and Tyler were both very friendly, and helpful to me while at the store. I highly recommend the Biddeford Maine Advance Auto Parts store if you want excellent helpful customer service.

Most of the employees dont know anything about parts or cars and can never find the products that are in stock. The woman who was working at 230pm on December 5gh was extremely rude aswell. Every time I go there either there isnt a employee in sight or there is a line across the store because one of the employees has zero knowledge of cars and cant figure out how to look up the parts its no wonder advanced is closing most of thier stores they used to be good what happened?
