I walked in looking for replacement headlight, and had brought my own in for reference. There were no employees to be found to ask for help. After I waited almost 5 minutes to be cashed out somebody came to the register and didn't greet me or ask me if I found what I was looking for. I asked the person who cashed me out if I had picked the right headlight for my car and he said it was. Not even 10 minutes after installation the bulb exploded. I've never experienced this problem once with headlights from napa or VIP.
