The worst customer service I’ve experienced. One of the employees was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. I won’t be coming back.
Christian was a great guy help me with all my auto parts need . Nice and very Freinds . Unlike advance auto acrosss the street was the worth I have ever meet and refuse to help and start more Complications.
I was looking for a car wash, kit, brush sponge bucket, and went to Google first which led me to Amazon first Walmart second and then I seen advanced auto parts, which ended up being the best deal easy to order purchase online and pick up in person at my local, Advance Auto Parts store excellent experience overall five stars thank you.
Not too interested in helping the customer. Told me the aisle, gave me the part number, and sent me on my way. Bulb I was told I needed is not the right bulb. But hey, conversation with co workers and visiting family at the work place was more important. Update: returned to this location on 1-31-2026 to return my core after purchasing a battery at a different location in Chicago on 71st and Stony Island.
