During a visit early one morning, I was accidentally charged twice for one item, while another item I purchased was not scanned at all. I only discovered this error when I attempted to return the latter item, as I had accidentally purchased the wrong type of oil. Because the item does not appear on my receipt, I am currently unable to process the return.
