Not the greatest experience. Had to wait in line for quite a bit. But there were several people walking around in the back. Actually had someone walk right past the line and didn’t come help till someone had to say something. Then when I asked them to code my car. They didn’t even know anything about it. But they were all super nice.
The service here so ruuuuuuuuuude!!! I just got here to change my battery which storm coming up , which we hve few hours so I got here two guys and one girl (which i hve very rude & cheap memory ) they wanted to sell the battery with no nooooo services and warmly 😡😡😡😡just hand the battery We neeeeeeed changeeees as neighborhood
There are bosses and then are leaders. Leaders have a servant heart. I called in during a stressful situation and ultimately I ended up speaking with Robert. I had a need for a battery due to my battery not wanting to start my car in this cold weather leaving me stuck. Robert went above and beyond in getting me that battery at crunch time after closing to get me on my way. I am more than appreciative of him and his service.
