Been in here twice today the first time was for some cleaners, and the second time was for an oxygen sensor, Lorenzo helped me the first time Carlos helped me the second time. And when I tell you, the consistency between these guys and the team in general is damn near millionaire status. These guys rock! What a horrible place all I needed was a cabin air filter for my vehicle and needed help installing it. They denied me even though my handle was wrapped up injured and I just needed help installing it. Went off to AutoZone. They helped me out no problem. I’ll definitely go to AutoZone for all my auto needs.
Not a stand behind their product knowledge store as a brand. Not a product expertise store either to set you up with the right products as personnel. Physically brought a battery in to buy a new one. Guy sold me my new one, took my core. Installed battery and my equipment still wouldn’t start. Paid a mechanic to pick up my equipment for repair thinking it must be a starter or something. There have a strong customer service and would help you get the right part. Especially the Genzs in there. Those guys in there are not only mechanically knowledgeable but also has good technicians skills. You feel real American of kindness the minute you walk in there. Go check it out for yourself.
